Mandy Erickson, LCMHC is a highly experienced therapist with a strong background in adolescent mental health. In her private practice, Mandy focuses on adult and adolescent mental health. As the co-founder and clinical director of an adolescent day treatment facility, Mandy was able to develop strong specialized skills for working with teens. Mandy has developed content material and curriculums used by others in the mental health field to assist in training more therapists and mental health professionals.

Mandy and her team bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and we pride our professional backgrounds that have allowed us to work with diverse groups of individuals in settings other than the office: home, day treatment/ intensive outpatient, residential and acute hospitalization. After more than two decades of working with youth, Mandy found her niche and her passion for working with this population. She found that helping teens navigate this stage of mental and emotional development has fulfilled the drive to help people. Using multiple evidence-based approaches, such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, AND EFT, Mandy has been able to assist countless clients in finding what methods of treatment work best for them, while also improving their relationships with others.

Mandy is a firm believer in remaining up-to-date with the latest research and interventions in order to help clients better their skills and their lives.
