Family Therapy
The family is the foundation for strong, healthy attitudes, boundaries and though processes. Understanding each family member’s perspective is paramount to the functioning of all involved.
Group Therapy
Many groups are offered throughout the year and will be posted on this website and social media pages! Follow Sundance on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates. Groups are specialized based on the trending needs of the community!

Coaching
Have a dream goal and don’t know where to start? Feeling stuck in your career? Relationships? Coaching is a great way to unlock your potential and keep you from getting in your own way!
Coaching is not covered by insurance plans. Professional Fee is $125/hour
Consulting
Not sure what you need? Struggling with finding appropriate level of care? Barriers to getting the care you need? Sundance offers the opportunity for a full Biopsychosocial assessment with recommendations for treatment, further testing and assessments and referral options.
Biopsychosocial assessments are covered by insurance plans.
Mediation
Mediation is private/self pay. Professional fee is $150 per hour. Mandy is a trained Mediator in the State of Utah.
